A demolition licence holder carrying out licensed demolition work must ensure that whenever the work is being carried out a named supervisor--
(a) is present at the work site, and
(b) supervises the carrying out of the work.
: Maximum penalty--(a) for an individual--70 penalty units, or(b) for a body corporate--345 penalty units.
