WOOL, HIDE AND SKIN DEALERS REGULATION 2004 - NOTES

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Act 2004.
Minister for Police

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the manner in which an application for a licence to carry on the business of a wool, hide and skin dealer is to be lodged with the Commissioner of Police. Such an application must be delivered to a police station.
This Regulation is made under the Wool, Hide and Skin Dealers Act 2004, including sections 10 (4) (concerning licence applications) and 43 (the general regulation-making power).
This Regulation comprises matters of a machinery nature.
