WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2003 - REG 54

54 Definition of “financial year”

(1) In this Part:
"financial year" means a year commencing 1 July.

(2) For the purposes of this Part, a financial year:

(a) includes the period after 4 pm on the day preceding the first day of the financial year, and

(b) does not include the period after 4 pm on the last day of the financial year.
