WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2003 - REG 52A
Certificate of currency-period of insurance
(1) For the purposes of the definition of
"certificate of currency" in section 163A (1) of the Act, a period not
exceeding 12 months is prescribed.
(2) This clause applies only in relation
to a certificate of currency issued on or after the commencement of this
clause.
