Form of register of injuries to be kept at mine etc
36 Form of register of injuries to be kept at mine etc
(1) The register of injuries required to be kept under section 63 of the 1998
Act is to be a book with entries in the form set out in Form 2.
(2) The
particulars to be entered in the register of injuries are the particulars
required to complete Form 2.
