WORKERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION RULES 2006 - REG 15.2

15.2 Principles of procedure

When informing itself on any matter, the Commission is to bear in mind the following principles:

(a) evidence should be logical and probative,

(b) evidence should be relevant to the facts in issue and the issues in dispute,

(c) evidence based on speculation or unsubstantiated assumptions is unacceptable,

(d) unqualified opinions are unacceptable.
