New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsDevelopment consent must not be granted to development for the purpose of the strata subdivision of a building or part of a building that is or has been used for serviced apartments, unless the consent authority is satisfied that the design quality principles set out in Part 2 of State Environmental Planning Policy No 65-Design Quality of Residential Flat Development and the design principles of the Residential Flat Design Code (a publication of the Department of Planning, September 2002) are to be achieved for the development as if it were a residential flat development.
