New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsWaverley Local Environmental Plan 1985 is amended:
(a) by inserting at the end of clause 3 the following subclause:(3) Despite subclause (1), this plan does not apply to so much of the land shown on the map as is land to which Waverley and Woollahra Joint Local Environmental Plan 1991-Bondi Junction Commercial Centre applies.
(b) by omitting clause 32.
