New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA tree preservation order made by the Council and in force immediately before the appointed day in respect of land to which this plan applies, shall be deemed, for the purposes of clause 8 of the Environmental Planning Assessment Model Provisions 1980 (as adopted for the purposes of this plan), to be a tree preservation order made in pursuance of this plan.
