WATER (PART 5--DRILLERS' LICENCES) REGULATION 1995 - REG 7
Repeal
7 Repeal
(1) The Water (Part 5) Drillers’ Licences Regulation 1990 is repealed.
(2)
Any act, matter of thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Water
(Part 5) Drillers’ Licences Regulation 1990 , had effect under that
Regulation is taken to have effect under this Regulation.
