WATER (PART 2--GENERAL) REGULATION 1997 - REG 32
Repeal
32 Repeal
(1) The Water (Part 2) Regulations are repealed.
(2) Any act, matter or thing
that, immediately before the repeal of the Water (Part 2) Regulations , had
effect under those Regulations continues to have effect under this Regulation.
