Prescribed uses under section 22C of the Act
30 Prescribed uses under section 22C of the Act
For the purposes of section 22C (3) (a) of the Act, the following are
prescribed uses:
(a) mining,
(b) recreation,
(c) town water supply,
(d)
domestic.
