UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND BY-LAW - REG 19
Revocation of former By-laws
19 Revocation of former By-laws
(1) The By-laws of the University of New England (as in force immediately
before the commencement of this clause) are revoked.
(2) Any act, matter or
thing that, immediately before the revocation of the By-laws, had effect under
those By-laws is taken to have effect under this By-law.
