TWEED LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2000 - REG 53
Development of specific sites
53 Development of specific sites
(1) Objective • to enable development for additional purposes on certain
land.
(2) Nothing in this plan prevents land specified in the Table in
Schedule 3 from being developed, with development consent, for the purpose
specified for the land in that Table, subject to any applicable conditions so
specified. The other provisions of this plan apply provided they are not
inconsistent with this clause.
