TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATION (STAFF) REGULATION 2005 - REG 44D
Members of the Transport Service convicted of serious offences
44D Members of the Transport Service convicted of serious offences
If a member of the Transport Service is convicted of a serious criminal
offence, the Director-General may:
(a) take disciplinary action with respect
to the member, or
(b) take remedial action with respect to the member.
