Forms and certificates
29 Forms and certificates
(1) A certificate given by a local council under section 56 (4) of the Act
must be in or to the effect of Form 1 in Schedule 7.
(2) A certificate given
by an owners corporation under section 109 of the Act must be in or to the
effect of Form 2 in Schedule 7.
(3) For the purposes of clause 11 (1) of
Schedule 2 to the Act, an instrument appointing a proxy must be in or to the
effect of Form 3 in Schedule 7.
