SNOWY RIVER LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1997 - REG 3

3 Where does this plan apply?

(1) This plan applies to all land within the Snowy River Shire Council’s area.

(2) However, this plan does not apply to the following land:

Land to which State Environmental Planning Policy (Kosciuszko National Park-Alpine Resorts) 2007 applies

Land to which Snowy River Rural Local Environmental Plan 2007 applies
