Consent authority
7 Consent authority
(1) Parramatta City Council is the consent authority for any development
applications required by this Plan for development within the City of
Parramatta.
(2) Holroyd City Council is the consent authority for any
development applications required by this Plan for development within the City
of Holroyd.
(3) This clause is subject to the Act.
