SCHEDULE 1 – Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

The following environmental planning instruments do not apply to the Homebush Bay Area:

• Auburn Planning Scheme Ordinance

• Concord Planning Scheme Ordinance

• Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance

The following environmental planning instruments are repealed:

• Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 4-Homebush Bay

• Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 24-Homebush Bay Development Area (published in the Gazette on 29 June 1990)

• Interim Development Order No 22-Municipality of Auburn

• Auburn Local Environmental Plan No 18

• Auburn Local Environmental Plan No 31

• Auburn Local Environmental Plan No 32
