SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK AUTHORITY REGULATION 2007 - REG 9
Parking
(1) The Authority may regulate the parking of vehicles on any part of the
public domain by a sign or signs displayed on or adjacent to the part.
(2) A
person must not park a vehicle on a part of the public domain in contravention
of a sign displayed in accordance with this clause. Maximum penalty: 10
penalty units.
(3) The Authority or a person authorised by the Authority may
direct a person to remove a vehicle that is unlawfully parked and that is
under the person’s control.
(4) A person must comply with a direction under
subclause (3). Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(5) For the purposes of
this clause,
"park" includes stand.
