Notice of certain heritage development applications
75 Notice of certain heritage development applications
(1) The demolishing or damaging of a heritage item or a building, work, relic,
Aboriginal object, tree or place within a heritage conservation area (and the
use of a building or land referred to in clause 76 for a purpose which, but
for that clause, would be prohibited by this plan) are identified as
advertised development.
(2) Before granting consent to the demolishing or
damaging of a heritage item identified in Schedule 3 as being of State
significance, the consent authority must be satisfied that any necessary
excavation permit required by the Heritage Act 1977 has been granted.
