Acquisition of land within Zone 7 (f2)
59 Acquisition of land within Zone 7 (f2)
(1) The owner of land within Zone 7 (f2) may, by notice in writing, require
the corporation to acquire the land.
(2) On receipt of such a notice, the
corporation must acquire the land.
