4 Relationship to other environmental planning instruments
(1) Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan No 16 is repealed.
(2) State
Environmental Planning Policy No 4-Development Without Consent is amended by
inserting in alphabetical order of local government area in Schedule 2 (Land
excepted from clauses 6-10) the following words: City of Shellharbour local
government area
