14 What provisions apply to subdivision in the Hobby Farms and Rural Small
Holdings Zones?
(1) The Council shall not consent to an application to subdivide land within
Zone 1 (b) unless each separate allotment of land created by the subdivision
has an area of at least 10 hectares.
(2) The Council shall not consent to an
application to subdivide land within Zone 1 (d) unless each separate allotment
of land created by the subdivision has an area of at least 8,000 square
metres.
