SCONE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1986 - REG 9

9 Consent required

Land within any zone shall not be subdivided except:

(a) where the Council is satisfied that the subdivision is for a purpose permitted in respect of the land under this plan, and

(b) with the consent of the Council.
