Cluster housing-Zones Nos 2 (b1), 2 (b2), 2 (c) and 2 (e)
16A Cluster housing-Zones Nos 2 (b1), 2 (b2), 2 (c) and 2 (e)
Despite any other provision of this plan, development for the purpose of
cluster housing may be carried out on land within Zone No 2 (b1), 2 (b2), 2
(c) or 2 (e), but only with the consent of the Council.
