2 Commencement
(1) Except as provided by subclause (2), this Policy commences on the day on
which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
(2) Schedules 3.2
[2]-[4], 3.3 [2]-[4], 3.4, 3.11 [2]-[4] and 3.14 commence on the commencement
of Schedule 3.1 [6] to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment
Act 2008 .
