and Signage (Amendment No 2)
An application made to a consent authority before the commencement of State
Environmental Planning Policy No 64-Advertising and Signage (Amendment No 2)
for consent to display an advertisement that has not been determined before
that commencement is to be determined as if that Policy had not been made.
