STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY NO 14--COASTAL WETLANDS - REG 8
Copy of application to be sent to Director of National Parks and Wildlife
8 Copy of application to be sent to Director of National Parks and Wildlife
Where a council receives an application for consent to carry out development
referred to in clause 7 (1), the council shall, within 7 days of its receipt
of that application, forward a copy of the application to the Director of
National Parks and Wildlife.
