STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (MAJOR DEVELOPMENT) 2005 - REG 9A
Development for which Minister is consent authority under Part 4
9A Development for which Minister is consent authority under Part 4
(1) The Minister is the consent authority under Part 4 of the Act for any
development requiring consent under that Part that is of a kind described in
Schedule 6 to this Policy and is not a transitional Part 3A project, State
significant development or State significant infrastructure.
(3) The
provisions in Schedule 6 relating to the carrying out of development described
in that Schedule have effect.
