STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY (EXEMPT AND COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CODES) 2008 - REG 2.16B

2.16B Development standards

The standards specified for that development are that the development must:

(a) be not higher than 1.4m above ground level (existing), and

(b) not have a diameter of more than 600mm, and

(c) be associated with any of the following development:

(i) bulky goods premises,

(ii) commercial premises,

(iii) premises used for light industry,

(iv) warehouse or distribution centre, and

(d) not reduce any existing means of entry to, or exit from, any such associated development or the lot on which it is situated.
