New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Minister must, in consultation with the Minister for Transport, as soon as practicable after 17 February 2010 and every 2 years after that, review the interim rail corridors to determine whether any of the land included in a corridor should be excluded from the operation of this Policy on the basis that the land is no longer required for railway purposes.
