New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsDevelopment for any of the following purposes may be carried out with consent by or on behalf of a public authority or a rural lands protection board on land within a travelling stock reserve:
(a) the erection of buildings, or the reconstruction or alteration of buildings in such a way as to materially affect their design or purpose,
(b) any development designed to change the use or purpose of the travelling stock reserve.
