A consent
authority is not required to have regard to guidelines issued for the purposes
of clause 115 (3) (as inserted by State Environmental Planning Policy
(Infrastructure) Amendment (Telecommunications Facilities) 2010 ) in relation
to development applications made, but not finally determined, before the
commencement of that subclause.
