New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsIn any proceedings for an offence against a provision of this Regulation, it is a sufficient defence if the defendant establishes that the act or omission giving rise to the alleged offence was done or omitted in accordance with an order or direction of an inspector.
