STOCK DISEASES REGULATION 2009 - REG 6

6 Testing of stock for tuberculosis

(1) A person must not test stock for tuberculosis unless the person is:

(a) a veterinary practitioner, or

(b) a veterinary officer who (if not a veterinary practitioner) is authorised to do so by the Chief Veterinary Officer.

(2) In this clause:
"veterinary officer" means a veterinary officer of the Department.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
