SOUTHERN CROSS UNIVERSITY BY-LAW 2005 - REG 49

49 Rules with respect to Board

The Council may make rules:

(a) for or with respect to the constitution, governance, functions and determination of the membership of the Board, and

(b) regulating, or providing for the regulation of, the functions of the Board.
