80A.26 Special manager (s 484)
(1) This rule applies to proceedings in the
Court under section 484 (which section relates to a special manager).
(2) The
liquidator may file an unverified statement in support of the application,
instead of an affidavit.
(3) Security is sufficiently given if it is given
for any winding up in which the person giving security is appointed a special
manager.
(4) The Court may at any time and from time to time give directions
for the giving of security in a different amount to the amount for which
security was previously given.
(5) Where security is given to the
satisfaction of an associate Judge, he shall give a certificate to that
effect.
