(1) An appeal shall lie to the
Court constituted by a Judge from a winding up order made by a registrar.
(2)
Subject to such changes as it is necessary to make, Divisions 4 and 5 of Part
45 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 apply to an appeal under subrule
(1) in the same way as they apply to an appeal under Division 1 of that Part.
