65C.8 Rights of professional bodies
(1) The Legal Practitioners Admission
Board shall notify the applicant, the New South Wales Bar Association and the
Law Society of New South Wales of a referral within 5 days of filing it.
(2)
The New South Wales Bar Association and the Law Society of New South Wales
shall be entitled with the leave of the Court to be joined as a party in
the proceedings.
