RETIREMENT VILLAGES REGULATION 2000 - REG 41

41 Consent of residents: Schedule 1 to Act

Schedule 11 has effect for the purposes of:

(a) determining when a vote of residents of a retirement village is to be taken by means of a written ballot, and

(b) specifying the method by which such a written ballot is to be conducted.
