RETIREMENT VILLAGES REGULATION 2000 - REG 13

13 Subject-matter of village rules: section 46

In addition to the matters set out in section 46 of the Act, village rules may relate to the following matters:

(a) security in the retirement village concerned,

(b) the external appearance of residents’ premises in the village.
