ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) REGULATION 2005 - REG 89
Making entries in someone else’s work records prohibited
89 Making entries in someone else’s work records prohibited
(1) A person must not make an entry in someone else’s work record. Maximum
penalty: (a) in the case of an individual-15 penalty units, and
(b) in the
case of a corporation-75 penalty units.
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to:
(a) a person who is the nominee of a driver and makes the entry in the
driver’s work diary as required by a work diary exemption applying to the
driver, or
(b) an authorised officer, or
(c) a two-up driver who enters any
of the information required by clause 76 (4) (f) in her or his fellow
two-up driver’s work record, or who signs that work record.
