New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Authority may give a notice to, or serve a notice on, an unincorporated association of persons under the provisions of any regulation made under the road transport legislation that provides for mobility parking scheme authorities by sending the notice by post or by some other means to the address for service of the association that is specified in its application form for a mobility parking scheme authority under the regulation concerned or subsequently notified to the Authority.
