New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 14 (3) of the Act, any provision of the Local Government Act 1993 (or any regulation made under that Act) in respect of the use of skating equipment on public land (within the meaning of that Act) prevails over any inconsistent provision of the road transport legislation concerning the use of such equipment.
