New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding any other provision of this plan, the Council may grant consent to the carrying out of development on any land for any purpose for a maximum period of 28 days, whether consecutive or non-consecutive, in any one year, if the Council is satisfied that the proposed use is compatible with the objectives of the zone in which it is located.
