ROADS REGULATION 2008 - REG 49
Fishing from bridges
49 Fishing from bridges
(1) A roads authority may prohibit fishing from a bridge, or any part of a
bridge, by means of notices conspicuously displayed on or adjacent to the
bridge.
(2) A person must not fish from a bridge in contravention of any such
notice. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
