Divulging of information to prescribed persons: section 250A (5) (e) of Act
29 Divulging of information to prescribed persons: section 250A (5) (e) of Act
The following persons are prescribed for the purpose of section 250A (5) (e)
of the Act:
(a) the Minister,
(b) a public sector agency within the meaning
of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 .
