Roads Regulation 2008 (156). GG No 64 of 3.6.2008, p 4105. Date of commencement, 3.6.2008, cl 2. The regulation (statutory rule) appointed 1 June 2008 as the date of its commencement. Pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Interpretation Act 1987, the regulation is not invalid merely because the regulation was published in the Gazette after the day on which one or more of its provisions is or are expressed to take effect, but provides, in that case, for the provisions concerned to take effect from the day on which the instrument is published in the Gazette, instead of on and from the earlier day. This Regulation has been amended as follows:
