ROADS (GENERAL) REGULATION 2000 - REG 69

69 Maintenance of public gates

The holder of a public gate permit must ensure that:

(a) the gate is white, and

(b) the posts on either side of the gate are fitted with reflectors facing along the road in each direction.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
